About enrollment with us
We offer a 10% discount off of the oldest child's rate when there are multiple full-time enrolled children from one family. Enrollment shall be granted without regard to a child’s race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, or disability; and without regard to a parent or guardian’s race, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, gender, pregnancy, or disability.

For your convenience, we have provided you with the necessary enrollment forms. You will need to print both sets of forms, fill them out completely, and bring them with you to our facility.
About Medications
If your child requires daily medicine, per DHR you will need to bring a copy of this form with you.
Note: Any prescription drug or over-the-counter drug sent to the child care facility must be in its original container and must be clearly labeled with your child's name, the name of the drug, and directions for administering the drug. A new authorization form is needed each week. If it is absolutely necessary for your child to be given medication while at the child care facility, please complete the following form:
